The crests are available in two options: CANADIAN ADDRESSES ONLY - You can send in a piece of clothing (t-shirt, shirt, jacket etc.) on which to have the crest embroidered, or, You can purchase a pre-embroidered crest that you sew on your clothing yourself. Costs CMAC crest (approx. 3½" x 3½") embroidered on your clothing; Crest cost, each : $16.50 Shipping and handling (first item) : $10.00 Shipping and handling (each additional item) : $ 4.00 Pre-embroidered crest (approx. 4" x 4") you sew onto your clothing: Crest cost, each : $20.00 Shipping and handling (first item) : $ 2.00 Shipping and handling (each additional item) : $ 1.00 Notes The embroidery company requires a minimum of four items to do a run, we may hold your order, if less than four items, until we have the minimum number to order. We cannot embroider on silk or leather and will reserve the right to determine an article of clothing acceptable for embroidering. Please ask if you are unsure if your item can be embroidered. If your request is for a crest to be embroidered on a shirt pocket you will lose the use of the pocket as the embroidery goes to the inside of the shirt.
